Cost generally increases with the size of your home and the architectural details and the finishes you select. We will assist you in keeping within your budget while still having the home of your dreams.

We are experienced in taking the stress off of you! We walk you through each step and then involve you as much or as little as you want. It starts with a complimentary consultation where we will explain the building process in detail, let you tour one of our homes and advise you of next steps.

Many prospective homeowners come to us with an idea of the style and size of home they want and we help them select a plan from there. Some may have consulted with an architect or searched through plan books and/or plans available on-line. We can assist you wherever you are in this process and can also show you what particular features and room sizes look like on real homes. We can also refer you to some of our trusted designers and architects.

After selecting a builder and a building plan, customers are understandably anxious. Homes typically take 4-6 months from start to finish. Exact timeframes vary according to the size and complexity of your home.

No, we work with each customer to design their unique home. Some customers come to us with a very detailed list of features and know what style home they want. If the customer is looking to us for ideas, we tend to suggest incorporating elements of traditional styling with contemporary features and luxury. We work with each customer to find out how they intend to use the home and what features are most important to them (ex. do they need big spaces for formal dining and entertaining, a chef-style kitchen, a cozy library, a spa-like master suite, etc.).
One of our hallmarks is efficiency: we will advise you if we feel your home plan includes wasted space or based on our experience, elements that may make it unattractive to future homeowners.

You can be as involved as you want to be in selecting the finishes for your home. While again, some home owners know exactly what they want many others rely on us and the professionals we work with to make these decisions. We also will provide you with samples to assist you in making these choices.

We offer a one-year warranty on all of our work. However, we pride ourselves on referrals and repeat business so we promptly respond to service calls far beyond that time period.

We will provide you with a list of past customers at your request. We also have customers who will allow a walk-through of their home.
